A dose logged in a few taps
The patient picks the medication, types the dose and taps where they injected. The dose goes into their recent doses and onto your client dashboard.
Patients log each GLP-1 dose in your branded app or client portal, with the medication, the dose and the injection site. Their weight chart shades every dose period, so you both see what weight did at 0.25 mg and what it did after the step up to 0.5 mg. You read it all on the client dashboard and in the coach app.

Patients log each injection in your app or client portal. You see which dose they were on when their weight moved, and when it stopped.

Every run of doses at one strength shades the chart behind the weight line. You can see what weight did at 0.25 mg, and what changed after the step up.
Seven GLP-1 medications to pick from, or any other by name. Doses go in mg or in units.
Six sites in left and right pairs. The last one shows under the buttons, so patients rotate without keeping a note.
The medication, dose and unit carry over from the last injection. Same strength as last time? That's a date and one tap.
Typed 2.5 instead of 0.25? The patient edits that dose and saves the right number. Nothing to delete and log again.
You see the dose in use and the day it started, the doses before it and the latest injections with their sites. It's read only for you, so the log stays what the patient took.
The coach app shows the dose logged on any day, and the dose the client was on at the time.
Protein is often the first thing to drop on a GLP-1. Set a protein target and start from the GLP-1 meal plan template.
Turn GLP-1 Tracking on for the clients on a GLP-1, and Log dose appears in their app and portal. Everyone else never sees it.
“An essential part of my business after trying over 20 different pieces of nutrition software. Foodzilla is the only one that handles meal planning, client management, and branding in one platform without feeling clunky.”

A GLP-1 programme runs on titration. Doses step up every few weeks, patients miss or delay an injection, and side effects send some back down a dose. The scale shows none of that on its own.
A plateau at 0.5 mg means something different from a plateau two weeks after the step up to 1 mg. With both on one chart, the consult starts from the right question.
Ask what dose a patient was on six weeks ago and you get a guess. A log they fill in on the day gives you the date, the medication and the dose.
The last injection site shows under the site buttons, which nudges patients to move between abdomen, thighs and upper arms without a separate note.
Many patients eat far less on a GLP-1, and protein is often the first thing to drop. Seeing the dose next to the food diary, protein targets and meal plans tells you when to adjust.
Dose tracking sits next to the rest of Foodzilla. The consults, check-in forms, meal plans, messages and invoices for a GLP-1 programme run from the same client record.
