Where do my clients see their invoices?

In three places. The invoice is emailed to them with a secure payment link, and the same invoice appears in their client portal and in your mobile app under Invoices, with a dot on the menu while a payment is outstanding. They can pay from any of them, and paid invoices stay in the list as a receipt.

Can I invoice someone who doesn't have a Foodzilla account?

Yes. You can send an invoice to any email address, whether or not that person is signed up, and whether or not Stripe is connected. If Stripe is connected they can pay online without creating an account, which is ideal for billing companies, event attendees, or a family member paying on a client's behalf.

Can I add tax or a discount to an invoice?

Yes. Invoices are built from line items, so you can bill packages and one-off sessions together on one invoice, add tax where you need to charge it, and apply discounts. The totals are calculated for you automatically.
