Auto Plans for weekly meal plans
Auto Plans sends each client a new meal plan every week or every month, built from their own calories, macros, meals per day and the foods they avoid. Every plan is built fresh for that client, not copied from a plan you wrote for someone else. Prefer your own work? Send your meal plan templates in order instead.
One setup, a new plan every week
Targets that change from week to week, a setup you can read in one sentence, a plan you check before it opens, and a store plan that starts it the day someone pays.
Targets that change week by week
Pick Lose weight, Build muscle or your own, and each plan's calories move on from the one before. With your own, you can change the protein, carbs and fat split week by week too.
The setup is one sentence
Who it's for, where plans come from, how often, when it starts and for how long, read back as one sentence. Tick several clients to run a group challenge.
Ready three days early
Check each plan before it opens, or build it again. At 6 am the client's time it becomes their current plan, updates their daily targets and sends them a notification.
Starts the day they pay
Add Auto Plans to a store plan. It starts the day someone pays and stops when their subscription ends.
Run a group challenge without writing 300 meal plans
A 6-week challenge with 50 people needs 300 meal plans. Tick everyone at once and Auto Plans builds each person's plan from their own calories, macros and the foods they avoid, then sends them a new one every week. If a plan takes you an hour by hand, that's 300 hours of work you don't have to do.
- Everyone gets a plan built from their own targets, not a copy of someone else's
- A new plan opens in each person's app every week
- Add Auto Plans to a store plan and each person starts the day they pay
A new plan for every client, every week or month
Choose weekly or monthly and Auto Plans builds each plan from the client's own targets. It uses their calories and macros, the number of meals they eat a day and the foods they avoid. Every plan is new, so two clients on the same programme don't end up with the same plan.
Would you rather send plans you wrote yourself? Pick your meal plan templates and put them in order. Each one opens when the last one ends.
- Built from each client's calories and macros.
- Their meals per day, and none of the foods they avoid.
- A new plan every week or every month.
Targets that change week by week
Clients rarely eat to the same numbers for 12 weeks straight. Pick the Lose weight or Build muscle preset, or set up your own, and the targets change from one plan to the next. With your own, you can also change the protein, carbs and fat split for any week (for example, more protein from week 3), and the weeks after keep it until you change it again. Each client's numbers are worked out from their own starting targets, so one preset works for a whole group without anyone getting someone else's calories.
Set it up in one sentence
The setup reads as one sentence, so you can check it at a glance. For example, "Send Jess new plans from their targets every week, starting Mon 5 Oct for 12 weeks." Turn it on for any client, whether they joined today or two years ago.
Running a group challenge? Tick several clients at once and set them up together. Each person still gets a plan built for their own targets.
Start it from your store
Add Auto Plans to a store plan and it starts the day someone pays. It stops when their subscription ends, whether they cancel or a fixed term runs out. If a payment fails, the next plan waits.
It works with every billing period from weekly to yearly, recurring or fixed-term. Each plan still counts towards your weekly Autopilot allowance.
Ready three days early, in their app at 6 am
Each plan is ready three days before it starts. That gives you time to look it over, and to build it again if it isn't right. On the day, it opens in the client's app at 6 am their time, becomes their current plan, updates their daily targets and sends them a notification.
Pricing and limits
Auto Plans is included on Professional and above. Each plan counts towards your weekly Autopilot allowance, whether you turned Auto Plans on yourself or a store plan did. If you run out, you can buy a top-up.
- Runs for up to 12 weeks at a time.
- A reminder a week before it ends, and one click to keep going.
- Pauses if a client hasn't logged anything in 14 days.
