Run your practice from the chat you already use

Connect Foodzilla to Claude or ChatGPT, then ask for what you want. Write up a recipe, build a plan template, open your booking hours, check where your subscription stands. It happens in your Foodzilla account, not in a copy you have to paste back.

Your clients can have their own connection too, if you let them. Theirs logs meals and reads the plan you built. It can't touch the plan itself.

Write me a high protein vegetarian lunch bowl around 500 calories

Saved to your recipes, with a photo and matched ingredients.

Build a 10 day 2300 calorie dairy free template

Open Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for consultations

Both afternoons are live on your booking page.

What you can ask for

More than 60 things, in plain English. These are the ones coaches reach for first.

Recipes

Describe a dish and get it written up, costed for macros and saved to your library with a photo. Ingredients are matched to the food database, so the numbers are real rather than guessed.

Write a dairy free breakfast around 40 g protein

Meal plan templates

Give the targets and the length. You get a template back, ready to review and assign. Say dairy free or high protein and it sets the labels and the macro balance for you.

Make a 7 day 1800 calorie gluten free template

Forms and bookings

Build an intake form or a weekly check-in, set your consultation types, open and close your hours. The link comes back ready to send.

Create a weekly check-in with three questions

Your food database

Add the foods your clients actually eat, from a label, a URL or a few figures you type. Once it's in, it's there for every plan and every diary.

Add a peanut protein bar, 200 calories, 20 g protein

Content and your store

Write a post for your content hub, price a coaching plan, take your store live. The store edits go through the same price floors the platform uses.

Write a post about protein timing and publish it

Your account

Check your plan, your client seats and what's left of your trial. Change plans after it quotes you the price and you say yes. It can't cancel anything.

How many client seats have I got left?

What your clients can do

A client connection is separate from yours, and it's yours to allow or refuse. One switch, under Clients App Experience.

They can

  • Log a meal by describing it. Foods are matched to the same databases your plans use, so what lands in their diary is the real nutrition and not a number their assistant invented.
  • Log water, exercise, sleep and weight without opening the app.
  • Read the plan you built them, and ask what's for dinner.
  • Look back at how their week went.

They can't

  • Change their plan, their targets or their profile.
  • See anything of yours, or of any other client.
  • Search your recipe library. A recipe is readable only if it's on their own plan.

Everything they log shows up in their app and on your dashboard, the same as if they'd typed it in.

Connecting takes about a minute

One address, pasted into your assistant, then sign in with the email and password you already use for Foodzilla.

1

Copy the address

It's on the Autopilot tab in your profile, with a copy button.

2

Add it to your assistant

In Claude, Settings then Connectors then Add custom connector. In ChatGPT you'll need developer mode on first.

3

Sign in and approve

The page tells you which account you're signing in as and exactly what the assistant will be able to do. Nothing is connected until you press Connect.

You decide what it can reach

An assistant with a key to a nutrition practice is holding health data. Here's where the lines are.

It works on your account only

Your connection can't read or change anything about your clients. No client list, no diaries, no notes.

Client access is yours to switch off

The switch lives under Clients App Experience and it covers everyone you coach. It starts on. Turn it off and no client of yours can connect, whatever their own assistant says.

Your usage in plain percentages

The tab shows how much of the week you've used. Your clients draw from a shared pool, so one chatty client can't take the lot.

Want the technical detail?

Autopilot is a Model Context Protocol server with OAuth 2.1. The endpoint, the scopes, every tool by name and the setup steps are on the MCP page.
