COROS Integration | Sync COROS with Foodzilla
COROS watches like the Pace, Apex and Vertix are built for runners, cyclists and climbers who log a lot of training. The COROS app shares steps, active calories, workouts and sleep with Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, so once a client turns on the Foodzilla sync from the Health tab, every session shows up beside their food diary. For endurance athletes that is the view that matters: was the fuelling enough for the week's load. Meals logged in Foodzilla are written back too.
Integration Features
COROS data beside the food diary
Foodzilla reads steps, active calories burned, workouts and sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect every time the client opens the Health tab. The data shows on the same day as what they ate, so energy in and energy out sit side by side.
Meals go back the other way
When a client logs a meal in Foodzilla, the energy and nutrients are written to Apple Health or Health Connect as a nutrition record. The COROS app and any other app allowed to read nutrition data can show what they ate without a second entry.
Everything lands on your coach dashboard
Synced COROS data reaches the client's profile on the web platform the same way manually logged data does. Workouts go in the exercise log, sleep on their sleep chart, calories burned into the daily energy balance and steps into their daily activity, and all of it feeds the nutrition reports.
How to Connect
Start a free 10-day Foodzilla trial and invite your client to the mobile app, or to your white label app.
In the COROS app, turn on sharing with Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android).
In the Foodzilla app, open the Health tab and allow the connection when asked. Health Connect is built into Android 14 and newer, and is a free download from Google Play on Android 9 to 13.
Each time the client opens the Health tab, Foodzilla pulls the latest steps, active calories burned, workouts and sleep and writes back the meals they have logged.
Open the client's profile on the web platform to see the synced data beside their food diary and in their reports.
