What is turned off on the No-PHI plan?+
Only meal planning, recipes and food management are on. Client management, health tracking, messaging, email delivery, integrations such as Cliniko and Zapier, files and every other feature that could hold PHI are turned off.
How do I share meal plans with patients?+
Export meal plans as PDFs and share them through your own systems, such as your EHR portal, secure email or in person. Foodzilla builds the recipes and meal plans. Your systems deliver them to patients.
Can I switch from a regular plan to the No-PHI plan?+
Yes. Contact our support team and we will move your account to the No-PHI plan. Your recipes, meal plan templates and team settings stay. Client data and health tracking features are turned off.
Can I switch back from the No-PHI plan?+
Not by yourself. A No-PHI account can't change plans on its own, so client features can't come back on by accident. Contact our support team to talk about a plan change.
Do you sign a BAA?+
Not on the No-PHI plan. You'll get a short no-PHI addendum instead. It says we don't accept PHI and you agree not to enter it. If your clinic needs a full BAA, talk to us before you sign up. A full BAA usually means you plan to share PHI with us, and we'd want to look at that with you first.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. All No-PHI plans include a free 10-day trial.
