Note PDFs with your branding
Turn any client note into a PDF with your logo and brand colour. Hand a protocol over at the end of a session, attach it to an email or keep a copy for your records. Clients can download the notes you share with them too.
What the PDF includes
Each PDF shows your logo and brand colour, who prepared the note, who it's for and the note's date. Then come the note's sections, exactly as you wrote them.
A signed note prints with its signature line. Any addendums print after it, each with the date it was added.
- Your logo and brand colour.
- Prepared by, prepared for and the note date.
- Every section of the note.
- The signature line and addendums of a signed note.
- Page numbers on every page.
Download it from the note
Open a note, go to Export and reuse and choose Download PDF. If you've changed anything, save the note first so the PDF includes it.
Clients can download shared notes
When you share a note, your client can open it in their client portal and download it as a PDF with the same branding. Notes you keep private never reach their portal.
Headings in the reader's language
The headings follow the language of whoever downloads the PDF. They print in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Arabic, and Arabic PDFs read right to left. Dates show in the reader's own time zone. Your note text prints exactly as you wrote it.
Made when you ask for it
Foodzilla makes each PDF at the moment it's downloaded and doesn't keep a copy or a public link. Nobody else gets the file unless you or your client send it on.
