How do I connect Claude to Foodzilla?

In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with https://api.foodzilla.io/mcp as the URL. Sign in with your Foodzilla account, check the consent page and press Connect.

What can Claude do in Foodzilla?

Claude can use 61 Foodzilla tools. It can create recipes, meal plan templates, collections and custom foods, build forms, manage bookings, publish content, run your store and handle settings and billing. Everything it makes shows up in your Foodzilla account for you to review.

Can Claude see my clients' data?

No. A coach connection only works on your own account. Foodzilla has no tool that lets Claude read your client list, food diaries or notes.

Can my clients use Claude with Foodzilla too?

Yes, as long as client access is on. The switch is under Clients App Experience and it's on by default. Each client gets their own connection that can log to their food diary and read the plan you assigned. They can't change the plan or see anyone else's data.

Does Claude work out the nutrition?

No. Foodzilla matches foods and ingredients against its own food database and returns the figures. Claude handles the request and Foodzilla supplies the numbers.

Which Foodzilla plan do I need?

Professional or higher gets all 61 tools. Starter can connect, but only the account and subscription tools work until you upgrade. Foodzilla doesn't charge extra for Autopilot. It isn't available on the No-PHI plan.
