Clients no longer need to wait for you to send a PDF. With client PDF export enabled, they can generate and download their current meal plan as a PDF whenever they need it — whether they are on the mobile app at the grocery store or using the client portal at home.

Branded with Your Logo and Colours
Every client-generated PDF is automatically branded with your practice logo and brand colours. The result is a polished, professional document that looks like it came directly from your practice — because it did. Your branding settings are applied seamlessly, with no extra configuration needed.
Practitioner Controls for Client Access
You decide which clients can export PDFs. Enable the feature globally from your App Experience tab, or turn it on for specific clients individually. This gives you full control over who can generate and distribute meal plan documents.
If you prefer to manage PDF delivery yourself — for example, to include personalised notes or password protection — simply leave the feature disabled for those clients and continue sharing PDFs manually.
