Message your coach

You can message your coach any time from the app. Their latest message shows at the top of your Home tab.

The video has English subtitles, so you can watch it without sound.

Step by step

  1. 1Tap your coach's message at the top of the Home tab. You can also open Chat from the Profile tab.
  2. 2Tap the message box, type your message, then tap the green arrow to send it.
  3. 3To send a photo, tap the picture button and pick one.
  4. 4If your coach starts a video call, a card shows in the chat. Tap it.
  5. 5Check your camera and microphone, then tap Join.
  6. 6To leave the call, tap the red button.

Good to know

  • Turn on notificationsSo you see your coach's replies straight away.
  • Chat is on Profile tooBoth open the same conversation.
  • Your coach starts callsTap the card in the chat to join.
