How client capacity works in Foodzilla

Simple and fair: only the clients you're actually working with count towards your plan. Deactivated clients and leads never count towards your client capacity, so your subscription grows with your practice, not with your history.

Client statusCounts towards capacity? What it means
ActiveYesClients you're currently working with. They use the app or portal, receive meal plans, and message you.
ArchivedYesClients kept in your active records for ongoing reference and reporting.
DeactivatedNeverPast clients you've finished working with. Their full record stays in your account, but they never use a client slot.
LeadNeverPeople who've shown interest through your public forms or booking page but aren't clients yet. Grow your pipeline freely, because leads never count.

Finished working with a client? Deactivate them for free

Every practice builds up a long list of past clients over time. In Foodzilla, that history costs you nothing. Deactivate a client you're no longer working with and the slot frees up straight away, while their complete record stays put: notes, meal plans, progress and messages. You don't pay for a client you don't see any more.

Coming from another platform?

One of the most common frustrations we hear from practitioners who switch to Foodzilla is how their old platform counted clients. In Practice Better, for example, deactivated clients still count towards your plan's client limit, as stated in their documentation. Every client you've ever finished with keeps eating into the capacity you pay for, and the only way out is deleting client records. Foodzilla never counts deactivated clients or leads, so a growing list of past clients never pushes you into a bigger plan.
