Adding Clients

Client Information

Step 1: Navigate to the Clients Page

  • Go to your Clients page.
  • Click the Add Client button.

Step 2: Enter Client Information

  • Input your client's email address and name.
  • Double-check the email address accuracy, as it cannot be modified later.

Step 3: Select Email Invitation Options

  • Choose whether you want the client to receive an email invitation directly with their login credentials.
  • Whether or not you send the invitation directly to your client, you (the coach) will always receive a copy of the invitation email with login credentials.

Important Tips:

  • Always verify the client's email address carefully.
  • Sending credentials directly to clients can be convenient, but you will always have a copy for reference.

Body Measurements

  • You can record body measurements using either the metric system or the imperial system (US).
  • To select a measurement system, navigate to Profile > Preferences and choose your preferred system.

Health Goals

Set common health goals or customize them according to your client’s specific needs. For example, you can add a custom goal like "Take care of your skin" by:

  • Click the "Add Goals" button.
  • Selecting "Add Custom Goal".
  • Typing in your custom goal.
  • Click "Save Goals" to finalize the registration.

Completion and Account Access

After entering all details, click "Create Account" to register the client. Once completed, the client’s account will be active in our system. You’ll be able to view their details, manage their nutrition and goals, and create personalized meal plans.


Access for Clients

Clients do not need to create an account in our mobile app. They can log in using the email address provided during registration and a temporary password found in their email invite.

The email invite is also sent to your email inbox as their coach. So if they didn't receive their email invite or have lost it, you can always check your email inbox and forward the email to them.

Data Synchronization

Once logged into the mobile app, all data, including meals and exercise logs, will sync to your dashboard almost instantly.

Troubleshooting

  • Email Invitation Not Received: Check your email for a copy of the client's login credentials.
  • Visibility Issues: Refresh your browser by pressing the SHIFT key while clicking the refresh button.
  • Unable to Add Client: In rare instances, a client may already exist in our system from a previous interaction with a different coach or nutritionist. As a result, you may be unable to add them without first contacting us. If you encounter this issue, please reach out to support and provide the email address of the client you are experiencing difficulty adding.
  • Client Password Issues: If your client cannot log in, reset their password by clicking the options menu (...) next to the client's name and selecting Reset Password.
