What is an Active Client?

Depending on your subscription plan, you can manage 5, 10, 25, 75, 100, or Unlimited active clients per month. We can also customize this limit based on your needs.

What is an Active Client?

An active client is a client you can actively manage within a month. This means the client is registered in our system, and you have access to their information. The status of your clients is easily visible on your dashboard, allowing you to track the number of active clients you're managing.


Features Available with Active Clients:

  • Messaging: Send messages from the platform to their Foodzilla mobile app (free of charge).
  • Tracking: Monitor their food intake, hydration, exercise, and progress toward nutrition goals.
  • Meal Plans: Assign meal plans and recipes.
  • Personalization: Customize their mobile app experience.
  • Notes and Files: Add notes and files, and more.

What Happens When You Reach the Limit of Active Clients?

  • Add More Clients: Contact us to add more clients or upgrade your plan.
  • Archive Clients: Free up spots by archiving clients. Archive clients anytime by clicking the "・・・" button on the client card in the client dashboard.

    Note: Once archived, you will not be able to access the client's data. To unarchive and regain access, you must invite them again from the client dashboard. The client must accept your invitation from the Foodzilla mobile app to record their consent, complying with privacy laws.
