What If My Client Can't Use the Mobile App?
No worries! 👍 You can still add clients to the system even if they prefer not to use the mobile app. Some clients may prefer paper or PDFs on their tablets, and we've got you covered.
Adding Clients without Mobile App Access
- Add a Client:
- Go to the Clients tab and click on the Add Client button.

Choose No for the Send Email Invitation field to prevent sending the app instructions email to this client.
- Fill in Details:
- Complete the rest of the details and create the account for this client.
- You can now start meal planning and tracking their nutrition.
Exporting Meal Plans as PDFs
- Create a Meal Plan:
- Go to the Meal Plans tab and select your client.
- Create a meal plan for them.
- Export as PDF:
- Once the meal plan is ready, click on the PDF button to open the PDF options panel.
- Choose your preferred settings and click on Download PDF to download the PDF to your computer or Create Web Link to generate a downloadable web link.
- Share the PDF or the link with your clients
- Email a Plan:
- Go to More.. and click on Email to Client.
- Enter the email address, subject, and content. Adjust PDF settings if needed.
- Once ready, click Send Email.

Analyzing Nutrition by Logging Meals
- Log Meals:
- Go to the client's dashboard.
- Click on More Options and then Log Foods.
- Add Ingredients:
- Enter the ingredients or foods for this meal and click on Log Meal.
- View Nutrition Breakdown:
- See a breakdown of all the nutrients and nutrition targets for your client in their dashboard.
- Export Nutrition Data:
- Click on the Export as PDF button to export the nutrition breakdown.
