Foodzilla offers a solution that allows you to set service types to require your confirmation for each booking, helping you manage your workload more effectively. 🤗

How to Set Up Booking Confirmations

  1. Navigate to the Service Type Settings:
    • Go to the service type you wish to modify, and access the Advanced settings tab.
  2. Enable Confirmation Requirement:
    • Activate the toggle labeled Requires Confirmation. This setting transforms incoming bookings into requests that require your approval.
    • You have options to customize how confirmation is required:
      • Always: Choose this option to require confirmation for every booking, ensuring you have full control over your schedule.
      • Confirmation Threshold: Set a time frame, such as “less than 48 hours notice,” to require confirmation only for bookings made within this period. This is useful for managing last-minute appointments more efficiently.

By requiring confirmations, you reduce the risk of unprepared or unwanted appointments, ensuring that each booking aligns with your availability and priorities. This feature also keeps you connected with the booking process, providing flexibility to accept or decline appointments as needed.
