Utilize these customization options to enhance the booking experience:

1. Multiple Durations for a Single Service Type✨

   Foodzilla Bookings enables you to offer multiple duration options within the same service type, allowing clients to choose the length of their appointment based on their needs. This feature is particularly useful for providing flexible scheduling options without the need to create separate service types for different durations.

   1. Enable Duration Selection: In the service type settings, toggle the option Allow Booker to Select Duration. This allows clients to choose their preferred appointment length.
   2. Configure Duration Options:
• Select the durations you want to offer, such as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or any other lengths that suit your service. You can add as many options as necessary.

• Set a Default Duration for situations where the client may not wish to select a specific length. This default setting ensures a seamless booking experience, providing flexibility while also maintaining structure.

  

2. Location Settings ✨

• Choose from several location options to conduct your services:

• In Person: Specify a clinic or gym address.
• Link: Use links for virtual meetings via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
• Attendee Phone Number: Have clients provide their contact numbers for phone consultations.
• Organizer Phone Number: Offer your number for direct call sessions.
• Cal Video: Conduct secure video consultations.
• Third-Party Web-Conference: Integrate with platforms tailored for health services that might include additional privacy and data protection, such as Microsoft Teams.

3. Availability Integration✨

• Connect your service types with your calendar to ensure available slots are accurately reflected, preventing any scheduling conflicts. This feature is crucial for managing your time efficiently between client sessions and personal commitments.

Service types can include multiple location settings, and you have the flexibility to show or hide these locations during the booking process. After confirmation, you can decide to reveal specific location details.

4. Availability Schedules✨

   You have the flexibility to set up specific availability schedules tailored to each service type.

   1. Access the Service Type Settings:
      • Navigate to the Availability section within the edit page of each service type.
   2. Assign Availability Schedules:
      • You can choose to apply a specific availability schedule for individual service types or use a default schedule.
