PDF Settings

You can customise the content, layout, branding, and security of your meal plan PDF before downloading it or creating a PDF web link.

Information Display

You can control how much information appears in the exported meal plan:

• Show calories and nutrition information

• Choose the weight unit used in recipes and grocery lists

• Scale recipe quantities for multiple people

• Select the PDF language

**Foodzilla uses AI to translate the entire PDF, including:

• Recipe names

• Ingredients

• Section headings

• Labels

Translations are generated automatically and may not be perfect for every term. We recommend    reviewing the PDF before sharing it, especially when it contains specialised, branded, or regional ingredients. This feature is available on the Professional plan and above.

• Show or hide the grocery list

• Show or hide plan notes

• Show or hide the meal plan overview

• Show or hide images in the meal plan overview

• Show or hide day names

• Show or hide dates

• Hide repeated recipes and snacks

• Hide the client name and use the plan name instead

• Show “When to Eat” labels on recipes

💡 Tip: If a meal category contains multiple recipes, turn off Show images in meal plan overview to display all recipe names.

Theme

Customise the appearance of the PDF by choosing:

• Recipe layout style

• Page background

• Nutrition summary page

• Back cover page

• Cover photo

• Font style

• Accent colour

Security

Enable Password Encryption to require a password before the exported PDF can be opened.
