Content Hub Statistics and Post Insights
The Content Hub keeps count of what your clients open, react to and buy. The numbers sit in two places: a strip across the top of the hub, and a panel on each post's own page.
The strip at the top of the hub
What it shows depends on whether you are selling anything yet.
If you are sharing for free, you get three tiles:
- Published, with how many posts you have in drafts underneath.
- Clients reached, shown as a figure like 18 of 31. That is how many clients have opened at least one post, out of the clients who can see the hub at all. It is not your whole client list.
- Most opened, naming your best-performing post and how many clients opened it, plus a running total of reactions across the hub.
Once money comes in, the strip switches to revenue instead: what you earned in the last 30 days, how that compares to the 30 days before, a chart of the running total, your average per week, and a Top seller card naming the post and what share of your content revenue it accounts for.
If you have paid posts but no unlocks yet, the hub says so and suggests mentioning one in a check-in, which is usually what moves the first few.
A post's own page
Click any post to open it. Under the post you get:
- Revenue for a paid post, with the last 30 days and a line reading how many unlocks at what price.
- Views, then Sold on a paid post or Reactions on a free one, then Conversion.
- Buyers, listing the first three by name with the date and the amount, and a count of the rest.
- A Reactions card showing all three reactions with their counts, including the zeroes.
What counts as a view
A view is a client, not a visit. If the same client opens a post ten times it still counts as one view.
Views are counted when someone opens a post on its own, not when a post scrolls past in the feed, so the number reflects real attention rather than how far down someone scrolled.
A locked post counts a view too, because a client who looked at your paid post and did not buy is exactly what the conversion figure is meant to tell you about.
Conversion
Conversion is sales divided by views, shown as a whole percentage. If nobody has opened the post yet it reads No data yet rather than zero.
Exporting your buyers
On a paid post, click Export CSV next to the Buyers list. The file downloads with four columns: Client, Date, Amount and Currency, named after the post.
It exports the buyers the page has loaded. If the post has more buyers than are shown, raise what the page is showing before you export.
What the numbers do not cover
Reach in the editor and the statistics on a post are two different things. Reach is a forecast of who will get the post. The statistics are what actually happened.
Statistics stay when you archive a post, so taking something down does not wipe its history.
