Organising the Content Hub with Tags
Tags group your posts so both you and your clients can filter them. Create tags like Mobility, Recipes or Gut Health, put them on your posts, and your clients get a row of filter buttons at the top of their Content Hub.
Creating your tags
Open the Content Hub and click Tags, at the top of the page next to Client view and New post. Type a name, click Add, and it joins your list.
Tags belong to your team, not to a single post, so everyone on your team works from the same list. You can keep up to 100 of them, and a tag name can be up to 32 characters.
Capitalisation and extra spaces are ignored, so "Gut Health" and "gut health" are the same tag rather than two. Type it however you like.
Putting tags on a post
There is a Tags section in the post editor. Tick any that apply, or type a new name and choose Create and apply to make the tag and put it on the post in one go.
You can also tag a post after it is published. Open the post and use the Tags card on its page. The change saves as soon as you make it.
A post can carry up to 10 tags. Two or three is usually enough to be useful.
How your clients use them
Your clients see a row of buttons at the top of their Content Hub, one for each tag, with All on the left. Tapping one narrows the hub to posts carrying that tag.
A client only ever sees tags that sit on posts they can actually open, so a filter never comes back empty for them. If you have no tags at all, your clients get no filter row, which is why the hub nudges you to set some up.
Worth knowing: a pinned post drops out of the list while a tag filter is on. A pinned post from a different tag sitting at the top of a filtered list reads as a broken filter.
Filtering your own hub
The Filters button in your own toolbar has a row per tag as well as rows for access type and status, so you can pull up every paid post tagged Recipes in two clicks. The search box next to it searches titles and tags together.
Deleting a tag
Open Tags and delete the one you no longer want. It comes off every post that carries it.
Nothing else happens. The posts themselves are never deleted, and you can add a new tag to them at any time.
Checking what your clients will see
Click Client view at the top of the hub. It draws the filter row exactly as your clients get it, in both the portal and the app, so you can tell whether your tags make sense before anyone else sees them.
