What is the Content Hub in Foodzilla

The Content Hub is where you publish videos, photos, PDFs and written posts for your clients to read. Your clients open it in your mobile app and in the client portal, the same places they already find their meal plans and messages.

Think of it as your own private feed. Only you post to it, only your clients read it, and nothing you publish is public.

What you can put in a post

A single post can carry any mix of videos, photos and PDFs, or just words. Coaches use it for welcome videos, technique clips, recipe collections, education handouts, exported meal plan PDFs and workshop recordings.

You can also publish a text-only post when you just want to say something to everyone at once.

Who can see what you publish

Every post has an access setting, and you pick it post by post:

  • Free. Every client with the Content Hub switched on can read it.
  • Plan Included. Only clients on the store plans you tick can read it.
  • Pay Per View. The post stays locked until a client pays your one-off price.

Most coaches use Free for most things. Charging is an option, not the point.

Where you work, and where your clients read

You write and manage posts from Content Hub in the main menu on the Foodzilla platform. You can also post from the Foodzilla Coach app when you are out, which is handy for a quick selfie video or a photo from a workshop.

Your clients read the Content Hub in two places: the Content Hub section of the client portal on the web, and the Content tab in your mobile app. Paid posts are unlocked in the client portal, never in the app.

What your clients can do

Clients can read posts and react to them with a thumbs up, a heart or a laugh, the same three reactions they use in chat. They cannot post and they cannot comment, so the hub stays yours.

Confirming you are publishing to adults

The first time you open the Content Hub you are asked to confirm that every client you share content with is 18 or older, and that what you publish meets the Foodzilla terms of service. Your clients confirm their own age the first time they open their Content Hub. Each of you only does it once, wherever you do it, and both confirmations are stored with the date and time they were made.

Which plans include it

The Content Hub is part of the White Label plan and the Team plans. The Starter and Professional plans do not include it.

If you are on a plan without it, the Content Hub page still opens and shows you what it does, so you can see whether it is worth the upgrade.
