🧾 Create Invoices and Get Paid

Create an invoice, send it by email and let your client pay by card. The money goes straight to your Stripe account and the invoice flips to Paid on its own, so nothing sits waiting for you to tick it off. Draft, Sent, Overdue and Paid all live in one place, with PDFs and automatic payment reminders included, so a polite nudge goes out without you writing it. Available on the Professional plan and above.

📋 Invoice from Anywhere in Your Workflow

Raise an invoice from a client profile or straight from the meal planner, without leaving what you were doing. Line items pull from your packages and booking types, and your business details, tax rate and payment instructions sit in Settings, so most invoices take a few clicks.

💳 A Simple Way for Clients to Pay

Every invoice opens on a branded payment page with no login to get past. Clients can also see their full invoice history in the portal and the mobile app, pay anything outstanding and pull up a receipt whenever they need one.

⏰ Schedule Messages and Emails

Write a chat message, form or email now and pick when it goes out, once or on repeat. Scheduled items sit above the conversation, so you can read them back, pause them or cancel them before they send. Set up your check-ins on a Sunday and let the week run itself. Available on the Pro plan and above.

📧 Email Clients and Leads

Send an email to a client or a lead without leaving Foodzilla, and every message is saved to their history next to everything else you have. Broadcast messages and emails reaches all your clients at once, and delivery and open tracking show you what landed and what got read. Available on the Pro plan and above.

📥 Import Your Clients

Moving from another platform? Upload a CSV and your whole client list arrives in one go, in metric or imperial. A template comes with it so you know what belongs in each column. Imported clients get no invitation email by default, which means you choose the moment to bring them in.

🎯 Smarter Nutrition Targets

Client goals now feed straight into their nutrition targets. Foodzilla uses body fat, goal weight and timeframe to work out a sensible deficit or surplus, and where lean mass is known it switches to Katch-McArdle and sets protein from lean mass. If a goal is too aggressive for the date given, Foodzilla suggests a more realistic one. Existing clients stay exactly as they are until you add the new details.

You now choose what happens the moment someone submits a form. Add a link to any resource you like, whether that is a recipe collection, a meal plan template, a guide or a download, so a new lead gets something useful straight away. On discovery forms, you can also add them as an active client automatically.

Arabic is now available for PDFs. Co-planning clients can start a plan themselves. And Foodzilla Meet now supports 1080p screen sharing at 30fps.
