How to Create a Group Chat

  1. Go to Messaging.
  2. Select the Groups tab.
  3. Click Create Group.
  4. Enter a group name.
  5. Select the clients you'd like to add.
  6. Click Create Group.

Your new group is ready to use.


Managing a Group

From the group settings you can:

  • Rename the group
  • Add new clients
  • Remove existing clients
  • Pin important messages
  • Continue chatting with the entire group

Changes are reflected for all group members automatically.

All participants can view messages from both the Foodzilla mobile app and Client Portal.


Pinned Messages

Need everyone to see an important announcement?

Simply pin a message and it will remain highlighted at the top of the conversation until it's unpinned.
