π Connecting Your Stripe Account
You can easily connect your existing Stripe account to Foodzilla in just a few clicks:
1οΈβ£ Go to Payments β Setup Stripe
2οΈβ£ Click Connect Stripe β this will redirect you to Stripeβs secure authorization page.
From there, simply approve the connection to Foodzilla.
π‘ Donβt have a Stripe account yet?
No worries β you can create one directly from that page. The setup takes about 5 minutes.
Make sure to use the same email address you used to sign up for Foodzilla.

Once connected, youβll see a β Connected tag and a link to your Stripe Dashboard β this confirms your Stripe connection was successful.

After that, Foodzilla takes care of everything for you:
- Syncing your plans
- Managing client billing
- Sending automated emails for new subscriptions, payment confirmations, and cancellations (which you can fully customize βοΈ)
- Handling leads that created an account but haven't subscribed yet
- Handling subscribed clients that have payments due but their card failed

- Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. You can create one in a few minutes or use an existing account.
To set it up: Payments > Setup Stripe > Connect Stripe.
Stripe requires you to verify your business by uploading documents before you can receive payouts.
- What happens after I connect Stripe?
After connecting, go to Payments > Plans & Pricing and click Sync to sync your plans to Stripe.
Once synced, you can go live and start accepting customers.
