How to Convert a Week Into a Template
- Open the meal plan you’d like to save.
- Navigate to the week you want to reuse.
- Go to Details tab and give the template a clear name.
- Click More... > Convert Week to Template.
- The week is now saved in your Templates library for future use.
How to Convert the Entire Plan Into a Template
- Open the meal plan you’d like to save.
- Go to Details tab and give the template a clear name.
- Click More... > Convert to Template.

It will appear in your Templates section for reuse.
Tips
- Use descriptive names (e.g., High Protein Week 1 or Vegetarian Week A) to keep your library organized.
- Combine weekly templates into cycles if you want to create longer programs.
- You can still edit templates anytime before applying them to new plans.
