How to Modify Client Health Goals

Foodzilla lets you set and adjust key health goals for each client. These goals help track progress and guide meal planning.


1. Weight Goal

Set a target weight for your client.

  • Go to Client Dashboard > Health Goals > Health tab.
  • Find Weight Goal and click the ✏️ icon to edit.
  • Enter the new goal and save.

2. Body Fat Goal

Track a client’s ideal body fat percentage.

  • From the same Health tab, click the ✏️ icon on Body Fat Goal.
  • Update the percentage and save.

3. Daily Steps Goal

Set a daily step target for overall activity.

  • Under Daily Steps Goal, click the ✏️ icon.
  • Adjust the step count and save.

4. General Health Goals

You can also add other health-related goals (e.g., “Enjoy healthy food” or “Learn about nutrition”).

  • Click + Add Goals.
  • Choose from preset options or create a custom goal.

  • Custom Values and Features: For custom adjustments or to suggest new features, please contact us using the chat bubble on our site.
  • Restrict Client Access: If you wish to prevent clients from changing their goals, you can disable their access to health goal settings. Learn more about customizing the mobile app here.
