We’ve made an update to how you log in to Foodzilla. If you created your account before September 1, 2025, there’s just a quick one-time step to set a new password. It takes about a minute.

If you have clients using the Foodzilla app, they’ll also need to do a one-time step to keep logging in via the mobile app.

Who Needs to Do This?

βœ… Required: Accounts created before September 1, 2025 (you + your clients)

❌ Not required: Accounts created on or after September 1, 2025


What You Need To Do

1️⃣ Go to the login page and click β€œRecover your account.”

2️⃣ Enter your email.

3️⃣ Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and enter it.

4️⃣ You’ll land in your Account Settings. Set a new password that meets the rules below.

5️⃣ Next time, simply log in with your email + password. πŸŽ‰

Password rules:

  • 8+ characters
  • Upper + lowercase letters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character (! @ # $ %)



What Your Clients Need To Do

Your clients will also need to set a new password in the Foodzilla app (or your white label app if you have one):

✴️ Before anything else: Update the Foodzilla app in the App Store/Google Play.

1️⃣ Enter the same email you invited them with

2️⃣ Enter the 6-digit code (sent to their email)

3️⃣ Set a new password

From then on, they’ll just log in normally with their email and password.

We’ve upgraded to a more secure login system to keep your account safer πŸ”’ and make sign-in smoother. This means:

  • πŸ” Stronger security today with optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and backup codes.
  • ⚑ Smoother login experience for you and your clients. Your clients will be able to set their own password easily and manage it within the mobile app.
  • πŸš€ Future-ready β€” passkeys and Sign in with Google/Apple login options will be available in the near future.

It’s a quick, one-time update to set your new password. After that, you’ll sign in as normal.


Extra Security Tips

  • Foodzilla never stores your password.
  • Make sure you have access to your recovery email and keep it secure.
  • Turn on 2FA anytime: Profile Settings β†’ Security β†’ Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.
