My Client Cannot Login


What Your Clients Need To Do

Your clients will need to set a new password in the Foodzilla app (or your white label app if you have one):

✴️ Before anything else: Update the Foodzilla app in the App Store/Google Play.

1️⃣ Enter the same email you invited them with

2️⃣ Enter the 6-digit code (sent to their email)

3️⃣ Set a new password

From then on, they’ll just log in normally with their email and password.


📝 Check Their Login Details:

  • Make sure they’re using the correct email you invited them with.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure there are no extra spaces and verify correct capitalization.
  • Ensure their device has an internet connection (WiFi or mobile data).
  • Confirm they’re using the latest version of the mobile app.
  • Have your client close and log into the app again.
