Zoom Integration
The Foodzilla Booking system enables you to connect with other popular apps you use such as Zoom for video conferencing with your clients.
How to add Zoom
To add your Zoom account:
- Click on the Bookings Tab
- Apps -> Click on Zoom -> Install
- Login with your Zoom account
- Approve the Foodzilla Bookings App to access your account details.
Once that's done, you will see the Zoom app available as a Video Conferencing option in your meetings.
How to uninstall Zoom and remove permissions
To remove Zoom and revoke permission from your account:
- Click on the Bookings Tab
- Apps -> Click on Zoom -> Uninstall
- Login with your Zoom account
- Approve the Foodzilla Bookings App to access your account details.
What data is collected?
We use the Zoom API to create meetings in your Zoom account and collect data related to the booked meeting such as who's attending, what time, and what date.
How long is data stored?
The data is stored as long as your Zoom account is connected to our system. Once you uninstall the app, your data is removed after 60 days of inactivity. You can also request to remove your data and we will do it as soon as we can.
