How Can My Client Connect With Me?

If you've invited your client, they will receive an automatic email with detailed instructions. This guide will help you understand how your client can get started and connect with you.

1. Registration by the Coach (Recommended)

As their coach, you've taken care of the initial setup by registering your client in our system, including their personal details and health goals. Shortly after, they will receive an email notification with all the information they need to begin.

Steps for Your Client:

1. Download the App:
   • Your client should download the Foodzilla app to their device.
2. Log In:
   • They need to log in using the email address and temporary password provided in the email.
3. Grant Access Permissions:

   • After logging in, they will be prompted to grant Access permissions. These are essential for seamless communication with you.

     

4. Confirm Connection:
   • Your client can confirm they are successfully connected with you by navigating to the Profile tab (labeled as "ME") and selecting App Connections. They should see a message like "Connected with [Coach Name]".

2. Self-Registration via Mobile App

If you opted for the self-registration method, your client will receive an email instructing them to register themselves within our mobile app. This approach offers convenience for both you and your client, allowing them to select their health goals.

Steps for Your Client:

1. Email Invitation:
   • They will receive an email with instructions to register using the mobile app.
2. Simple Registration:
   • They need to follow the step-by-step instructions in the app, entering details such as gender, body metrics (age, weight, height), exercise level, and email address. They must use the same email address you used to invite them. Using a different email may result in a disconnection, requiring them to log out and re-register with the correct email.
3. Verification:
   • Once registered, they can verify their connection with you by following the steps outlined in the Confirm Connection section above.

By following these straightforward instructions, your client will be seamlessly connected with you through the Foodzilla app, ready to embark on their personalized nutrition journey. 🌻
