Can I Change Plans or Cancel?

Changing Your Plan

You can easily change plans from your Profile page with just a click.

  1. Access Your Profile:
    • Go to your profile and click on "Profile > Subscription > scroll down to Subscription Management > Billing and Management.
  2. Change Your Plan:
    • Select the new plan you want to switch to. See our Plans & Pricing here.

Note 1: If you change your plan during the free trial period, your account will be immediately upgraded to the chosen plan.

Note 2: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan during your normal billing period (not a free trial), the plan will change immediately, and you will either receive a credit or be charged depending on the new plan's price.


Canceling Your Plan

Canceling your plan is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Billing Details:
    • Go to your profile and click on "Subscription".
  2. Cancel Your Plan:
    • Click on "Cancel subscription".  Please note you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, access will end immediately.

Note:

  • During the 10-day free trial period, you can cancel anytime without being charged.
  • If you cancel your active subscription, you will still have access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
  • If needed, you can extend your trial directly from the subscription page.
  • If you made a mistake during cancellation, please contact support.
