Yes, you can change the login email address associated with your Foodzilla account from your account settings.

How to Change Your Email Address

1. Go to Settings.
2. Open Profile and select the Business tab.
3. Under Email Address, click Open Account Settings.
4. Enter your new email address.
5. Save your changes.

Troubleshooting Common Issues:

• If the email address you want to use is currently associated with a Foodzilla client account, you will need to remove that client account first.
  • First, log into the mobile app and delete the existing client account.
  • After deletion, you'll be able to use this email as your primary account email.
• For all other cases where your desired email is already in use, please contact our support team for assistance.
• Your billing email will not change. If you'd like to change your billing email, please contact support.

Is My Email Visible to Clients?

Your account email may be shown to clients when using certain features, such as client invitations and other account communications.

Using Temporary or Burner Email Addresses

We recommend signing up with a personal or work email address rather than a temporary or burner email.

Temporary email addresses are discouraged for security and account access reasons. They can also cause email delivery issues and may be more likely to be filtered or blocked by email providers.
