How to Use Kilojoules Instead of Calories

You can customize your preferred units, such as using kilojoules instead of calories, imperial units (lb, feet, in) instead of metric (kg, cm), your preferred RDI source (UK, US, NZ, AU), your default food composition database (US, UK, NZ, AU), and your preferred start of the week for meal plans (Monday or Sunday).

Steps to Update Your Preferences

  1. Go to Your Profile Page:
    • Click on your profile and navigate to the Preferences section.
  2. Select Your Preferred Units:
    • Choose kilojoules instead of calories and any other preferred units (e.g., imperial units).

  3. Update Your Profile:
    • Click on Update Profile to save your changes.

That's it! Now all the pages will reflect your preferences 🎉
