What Your Clients See in the Content Hub

Your clients read your posts in two places, and both look and behave the same way. This is what is actually in front of them.

In the client portal

Content Hub appears in the sidebar. The feed is a single column about 600px wide, so it reads like a page rather than spreading across a monitor.

Each post shows your name, how long ago it went up, its media, the title and the body. A long body is cut to three lines, with a more link under it whenever there is more to read. A pinned post carries a Pinned badge and sits at the top.

Clicking a post title opens that post on its own page, with the whole body and the same media, reactions and price. A breadcrumb at the top takes your client back to the hub, and the page has its own web address, so a refresh brings the post back.

Photos sit in a carousel with arrows and dots, videos play in the page, and a PDF appears as a row with the file name and a View PDF button that opens it.

Posts load 20 at a time, as they scroll and with a Load More button.

In your mobile app

The tab is called Content and sits second, right after Home. The screen header reads Content Hub.

Same posts, same order. Photos become a swipeable carousel with dots, videos play in the app with normal playback controls, and a PDF appears as a row with the file name and a Download PDF button. Downloading opens the phone's share sheet so your client picks where to keep the file.

Tapping a post's title or text opens it on its own screen, headed Post with your name under it, where the body is shown whole. In the feed, a body with more to it carries a Read more line in your brand colour.

Posts load 20 at a time as they scroll, and pulling down refreshes the feed.

How old a post looks

Both places show how long ago a post went up rather than a clock time: Just now under a minute, then minutes, hours and days, then a plain date after a week. The portal spells it out ("3h ago") and the app abbreviates it ("3h").

Tag filters

If you have tagged your posts, your clients get a row of filter buttons across the top with All on the left. If you have no tags, there is no row at all.

Clients only ever see tags that sit on posts they can open, so a filter never comes back empty for them.

Reactions

Clients can react with a thumbs up, a heart or a laugh, the same three they use in chat. They can leave more than one on a post, and they can take one off by tapping it again.

In the portal there is a React button, and double-clicking the media leaves a heart. In the app it is a React button, a long press on the media to pick, or a double tap for a heart.

Clients cannot comment, and they cannot post. The hub is yours.

Confirming they are 18

The first time a client opens the Content Hub, in either the portal or the app, they get a screen headed Age confirmation. It tells them every client confirms they are 18 or over before the hub opens, and that they only have to do it once. They tick I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and press Confirm.

One confirmation covers both places. A client who confirms in the portal is not asked again on their phone.

There is no way past it. A client who does not confirm does not see the hub. The confirmation is recorded with the date and time.

New post notifications

When you publish, every client who can see the post gets a push notification from you reading New post: and your title. Tapping it opens their Content Hub with your post at the top.

Locked posts

A post a client cannot open still appears, with its title and cover and a padlock. In the app the padlock carries a line naming the client portal as the place to unlock it, with no link and no price. In the portal a paid post shows its price and an Unlock button.
