How Do I Invite a Client to the Client Portal?

The Client Portal lets your clients access their nutrition program on desktop — synced with their Foodzilla mobile app.

To give them access, you’ll need to send an invite from your dashboard.


🔑 Requirements

  • You must be on the Professional Plan or higher.
  • Your active client must have already set up their account in the Foodzilla mobile app.

🧭 Steps to Invite a Client

1️⃣ Go to your Client Page in the Foodzilla platform.

2️⃣ Find the client you’d like to invite.

3️⃣ Click the three-dots menu (⋯) next to their name.

4️⃣ Select “Send Portal Invitation"

5️⃣ Your client will receive an email  with a link to access the Client Portal.

Once they log in, they can view their plan, grocery list, recipes, and track progress directly from their desktop.


⚠️ Common Issues

  • Client didn’t receive the invite: Double-check their email address.
  • Portal link not working: Ensure the client has completed their mobile app setup first.
  • Invite option not visible: Verify that your account is on the Professional Plan or higher.
