Reset or change your password

Resetting your password is quick and easy.

If you can’t log in and need to reset your password, just follow these steps:


Step 1: Recover your account


  • Go to the login page and click “Recover your account.”
  • Enter the email address linked to your Foodzilla account.
  • Click Continue.
  • Check your inbox for a 6-digit code (it expires in 30 minutes ⏳).
  • Copy the code, paste it into the recovery page, and click Continue.
  • You’ll be redirected to your account settings.

Step 2: Set a new password


  • Scroll down to the password section.
  • Enter and confirm your new password.
  • Follow the prompts to make sure it’s strong and secure.
  • Once saved, you’ll be taken back to Foodzilla automatically. 🎉


That’s it — your password is reset and you’re good to go!

Important Note: If you receive multiple verification code emails, only the link in the most recent email will be valid. If you encounter any issues, delete all previous password reset emails, request a new one, and use the latest email received.


If you’d like to change a client’s password, they’ll need to do it themselves through the mobile app.

All they have to do is:

  1. Enter their email
  2. Tap “Forgot Password”
  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to their inbox
  4. Set a new password
